This house is perfect for a family get away, with plenty of room to spread out!
The main floor has a large kitchen that opens out to the expansive living area. This area looks out onto the pool with the ocean beyond. There are two sitting areas and a large dining room tables to spend time eating or playing games. Through the sliding doors you reach the pool area.
The pool has steps or an easy beach/ramp entrance which is very unique and an easy entry. The pool looks out on to the garden area and then the ocean. There is ample room to lounge in or out of the sun. A gas BBQ is also pool side for your cooking pleasure. This floor also has the laundry area, and a full bathroom.
As you head up the mexican tiled stairs you reach the 2nd floor, where 3 of the bedrooms open on to a relaxing oceanfront covered veranda to watch sunset or enjoy a cocktail, or book.
This floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom wtih a tub and stand up shower.
The 2nd bedroom features a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed. The 4th bedroom features two sets of bunkbeds. These bedrooms all share a large bathroom wtih double sinks, and a stand up shower.
A private entrance to the beach, outdoor shower, plenty of parking and total tranquility finsih off this grand home.
