Payment Options

We offer several options for rental payment.

We accept Credit Card Payments but only using Pay Pal, accept wired funds into the account and also use Venmo and or Cashapp.

Payment Details

Client is to pay a 50% deposit with 5 days of making initial reservation, final funds due 90 days prior to arrival date.  Payment can be made in the form of credit cards using PayPal, wire transfer to bank account,, Venmo / Cashapp and sometimes cash upon arrival. There will be an additional 1.5% fee if you choose to use the Pay Pal option.  Wire transfers is our second payment option.  Wiring instructions will be sent if you choose this option.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds with cancellations made 90 days or less prior arrival date.  No refunds for early check-outs . 

OR/

Cancellations received prior to the final payment will receive a refund of monies less a $100 cancellation fee.  This includes canceling any night(s) from the original reservation.  Cancellations made after final payment has been received are completely non-refundable.
