CASA SOL, Oceanfront Tropical Paradise

This oceanfront home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The second floor has open living, dining, half bath and well appointed kitchen. There is a master bedroom on the 2nd floor with an ensuite full bathroom. The second floor is completed with a 360 wrap around porch and also a 3rd story star deck. This gives you views of the Pacific Ocean at every turn.

Using the outdoor stairs you find the pool area with lounges and a table. The ground floor also features two bedrooms. Both bedrooms open out to the terrace and are not connected. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. One bedroom has a kitchenette, both have tvs.

Please note upstairs and ground floor are only connected by an exterior staircase.

Enjoy this private tropical oasis, enjoy shaded outdoor relaxing, dining, or sunning beside the lagoon style waterfall pool. All of which are set amid luxurious palms, plumerias and mango trees.  

The space is perfect for two couples, small family or surf group. There are three queen beds and one full futon, sleeping up to seven.

There is a washer and dryer and a storage area on the first floor.

The property fronts an isolated, quiet lava rock beach with incredible tide pools and snorkeling. A short walk up the dramatic black beach takes you to the Playa Negra famous surf break.

Casa Sol is located in a secure, gated community.
