CASA DEWEY PACIFICA

COVID 2020 Update. PNVR is responding to the changes and needs of the times to protect our guests. It is our mission to continue to offer safe, stress free, and relaxing vacations in Playa Negra.

During this unprecedented time we have been working hard with guests to refund or reschedule stays when needed. We stopped renting homes as of March 22nd, 2020 so there have been no new rentals since that time.

As we move forward and when Costa Rican borders open we will be working hard to keep homes clean and safe for guests. This includes thorough cleaning of frequently touched items. Examples of high-touch surfaces include tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, wardrobe and cabinet handles, desks, toilets, sinks, bedside tables, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces. All linens and towels will be washed in high temperature water. All homes will be supplied with ample cleaning products and paper towels for clients use. Homes are also cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant after each guest's departure.

We are also allowing 24 hours between when guests check out of a house until new guests check in.

PNVR will be updating and changing cleaning protocols when necessary. If clients have any special requests, we will do our best to accommodate them. Please feel free to ask us any questions.

We just back from a one week stay with three other couples. We had a great time and certainly would recommend this villa for couples. Lots of room for everyone to spread their wings. After about three miles of gravel roads, the house is smack dab on the the Pacific ocean. Great for surfing or walking the beach. We did some of our own meals on the grill, had a cater for two meals, and ate at great restaurants on the other occasions. I recommend MINI SUPER LAS TECAS GUANACASTE for shopping. It is back that gravel road but the best selection of groceries, beer and wine by far.
All in all, an awesome house to call your own for a week. 5 out of 5 stars.

We just returned home from a fabulous 2 week vacation over the holidays, staying at Casa Dewey. Our family of 14 could not have asked for a more perfect place. From start to finish, Meagan and Jarrod were amazing at helping us with everything we needed and wanted.

The house is so spacious and has a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Almost every night we would go up on the third story balcony, or walk to the point, to see the gorgeous sunsets. The pool was perfect, but the beach was just a short minute walk away for those that wanted to walk the beach or catch some waves.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were very nice, and the house is well maintained. The kitchen is enormous and has everything you need for cooking and dining. We ate many of our meals outside on the huge table on the balcony. They have really thought of everything you could need or want in the house.

Meagan helped set up many activities for us, making the planning a breeze. Once we arrived, she was helpful with directions , and anything else we needed. We especially loved the zip line and the sunset cruise.

We were given great information and recommendations, and we enjoyed everything the surrounding area had to offer. There was a nearby market that had almost everything we needed, but we did make stops at the larger markets in Tamarindo when we went up that way.

We enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants, but Lola's was a definite favorite. Dining with 14 can be a challenge, so we also took advantage of two of the great catering services
that Meagan and Jarrod recommended. We even had pizza delivered!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our time in Playa Negra. It was truly a trip of a lifetime!
