Rental Policies

Payment Details

Client is to pay a 50% deposit with 5 days of making initial reservation, final funds due 90 days prior to arrival date.  Payment can be made in the form of credit cards using PayPal, or wiring monies.  Wiring instructions will be sent if you choose this option.

For last minute reservations don’t hesitate to contact us by email or phone.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds with cancellations made 90 days or less prior arrival date.  No refunds for early check-outs .  We will be happy to re-book, there will be a 15% charge for any schedule changes.

OR/

Cancellations received prior to the final payment will receive a refund of monies less a cancellation fee depending on nightly rate.    This includes canceling any night(s) from the original reservation.  Cancellations made after final payment has been received are completely non-refundable.

Check In

Check in is at or after 3:00pm, other arrangements can be made for earlier or later times.  Make sure to let us know when to expect you.

Check Out

Check out is at 11:00, all keys and to be returned to Playa Negra Vacation Rentals staff at your house when checking out.  Any lost keys are assessed a $100 dollar fee per key.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING  AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
